This renovation was designed to create a more liveable, functional home that supports the family now and into the future. A complete reworking of the layout, including a new staircase, connected kitchen, dining, balcony and living area as the hub of the home, has improved flow and everyday usability while opening the space to take full advantage of the stunning coastal views.

The exterior has been fully refreshed and the interior completely updated, resulting in a cohesive, modern home inside and out. One of the biggest challenges was the extent of demolition required, with more of the original house needing to be removed than first anticipated. Careful planning and staging ensured the project stayed on track and delivered the intended outcome.

The result is a standout family home that feels open, connected and perfectly suited to its coastal Redhead setting. With only a few finishing touches remaining, the transformation is nearly complete.
